Julie Cottrell brings more than 15 years of human resources experience to Oak Grove Recovery in Westerville, OH. As the Human Resources Business Partner, Julie oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, training, and leadership support. She has worked across outpatient, hospital, and community-based settings, supporting adults, adolescents, and families navigating addiction, crisis, and co-occurring mental health disorders. In progressive clinical-leadership roles she has guided treatment teams, overseen individualized care planning, and ensured high standards of documentation and regulatory compliance, collaborating with psychiatrists, case managers, and court systems for coordinated care. Katie integrates internal family systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches, with additional training in forensic counseling, crisis and trauma treatment, and religious trauma recovery. She is passionate about helping individuals and families heal from complex trauma and substance use disorders while building resilience, accountability, and long-term recovery.

Haja Jobarteh is the Director of Nursing at Oak Grove Recovery in Westerville, OH, a Registered Nurse with more than seven years of progressive experience in detox, psychiatric, and behavioral health settings. With a strong foundation in withdrawal management, medication administration, and patient assessment, she fosters safe, structured, recovery-focused environments for people with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Nicholas Ruyack, MSW, LSW, serves as Compliance Manager at Oak Grove Recovery in Westerville, OH, where he oversees regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and policy development across the facility's residential treatment units. He brings a diverse background spanning clinical practice, technology, and finance, giving him a well-rounded lens on both the clinical and operational sides of behavioral health care.
