Have questions? Let’s walk through our frequently asked questions together.

Your recovery journey starts the moment you reach out. We begin with a personal intake process where we take the time to understand your background, challenges, and goals. From there, we’ll create a care plan that might include medical detox, residential treatment, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and long-term support. Throughout your stay, you’ll have access to various therapies and services—all delivered in a caring, judgment-free environment. We offer compassionate and evidence-based care for addiction, treating every person with dignity while supporting lasting healing.

We support your recovery every step of the way with a continuum of care:

Pack what helps you feel most comfortable. We’ll take care of the rest. Here’s a short list of essentials:

  • Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
  • Closed-toe shoes for daily group activities
  • Toiletries (alcohol-free and unopened)
  • Prescription medications (in original packaging)
  • A journal, book, or therapeutic material

Please leave electronics, valuables, and alcohol-containing products at home. If you’re unsure, our admissions team can provide a detailed packing list.

It depends on your clinical needs and insurance coverage. Most clients stay with us for 21-30 days during residential care. If you’re receiving medical detox, that typically lasts 10-14 days. • Trauma therapy: Provides support with navigating past experiences that may impact your recovery
  • Life skills training: Prepares you for success beyond treatment
  • Group, individual, and family therapy: Builds trust and connection within yourself and your support system Holistic options: Including art therapy and nutrition education to nourish body and mind

Absolutely. Many of our clients live with both a substance use disorder and a mental health condition like anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, or bipolar disorder. We treat co-occurring conditions with respect and care, helping you heal on every level. We also offer medication management for conditions such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), personality disorders, and sleep challenges.

Of course. You can talk to a member of our admissions team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
